It seems to be sold out so far.... though more copies should be on the newstand soon... This is a cover story and few cities have received such coverage....
this is the March 2006 issue of Gourmet that I am talking about.

Haven't read the article mentioned.
My experience is that food slection in Montreal has always been varied, delicious, delightful and satisfying.
